Regenerative hospitality will be a healing force for the environment and humanity
Travel is inherently good. Through travel, people engage with different cultures and develop new perspectives. Yet, the travel and hospitality industry often depletes the environment and disrupts local communities.
That’s why we believe there is a need for a new approach to travel—regenerative hospitality—that works to restore balance for people and our planet, fostering a positive impact that can benefit everyone.
In the era of climate crisis, the urgency to take action is palpable, especially among younger generations. There is an increasing demand for a regenerative and conscious lifestyle, particularly in the realm of travel.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Our first venture, Oraphae Todos Santos, will be a 36 room regenerative boutique hotel in the famed La Cachora oasis.
The property, once an organic farm, has since lain fallow. As responsible stewards, we are committed to revitalizing the soil. At the heart of the property, we envision a thriving regenerative market garden, a lush food forest, and a pristine natural pool.
Our aim is to attract discerning global travelers who seek elevated ecological hotel experiences, catering to those who appreciate both the raw beauty of nature and sophisticated, high-end design.

THE REGENERATIVE APPROACH
As stewards of the land, we are committed to restoring its natural balance and conserving its most precious resources.
We are acutely aware of the water challenges facing Todos Santos. Thankfully our land is situated on the La Cachora oasis where we have an abundant amount of water flowing.
This does not mean that the water is not precious.
Recognizing the importance of water conservation, we are committed to implementing comprehensive measures to capture and recycle water. Through innovative systems and sustainable practices, we aim to minimize our environmental footprint while preserving this precious resource for the community and future generations.
